Debuted in India, the sixth-generation City or christen as Honda Grace in Japan is Honda's second model to incorporate the new Exciting H design which was first seen on the third-generation Fit or Jazz which gives the sedan a more refreshing and a premium look than its predecessor.
A new hybrid variant was also introduced, though only exclusive to Japan and Malaysia. It uses Honda's Intelligent-Dual Clutch Drive (i-DCD) Sport Hybrid system, paired with a 7-speed dual clutch transmission. It is powered by a hybridized version of the 1.5-litre SOHC i-VTEC engine, making a combined output of 130bhp equivalent to that of a conventional 1.8-litre engine.
